The Harlow Gallery connects and celebrates local arts
Located at 160 Water St. in historic downtown Hallowell, the Harlow Gallery connects and celebrates arts, artists and community. All are invited to stop in and visit the Harlow for monthly art exhibitions, ArtTalks, free move night, music, poetry reading, listen to music, and see what some of the great artists in Kennebec Valley are up to.
The gallery is under the direction of the Kennebec Valley Art Association, which is a 501 (c)3 membership-based nonprofit founded in 1958 with the gallery opening in 1963, and is looking forward to celebrating the Harlow’s 50th anniversary in 2013!
Since arts and culture are the very cornerstones of a vibrant community and a big part of what makes Hallowell such a unique and attractive community, the KVAA invites its neighbors in Hallowell – individuals, families and small businesses to join the KVAA under the new Community Membership Program.
Hours are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and by appointment, by calling (207) 622-3813.
